Recently, Haloo customized and delivered a 10 grid flower vending machine for a Mexican customer, which was placed in the underground parking lot of a local shopping center. The customer hopes to provide consumers with a more convenient flower purchasing experience and reduce labor operating costs through a 24-hour unmanned flower sales mode.

Project Challenge

After the installation of the equipment was completed, the customer encountered a problem with the Nayax card reader account verification and activation cycle being relatively long when preparing for formal operation.

Due to the incomplete activation of the payment system, the customer is unable to initiate the project as originally planned, and the rental fees for the shopping center venue have already begun to be incurred, which has brought certain operational pressure and time costs to the customer.

The customer stated that if they could understand the payment review cycle in advance, they could arrange the project launch time and site planning more reasonably.
