The editor of the vending machine manufacturer tells you that if the compressor motor is running while the plug is unplugged and then the power is turned on, the motor will face a heavy load of high-pressure refrigerant, and it will become very difficult or impossible to start. At this time, the starting current of the motor will reach 10 times the normal value, which can easily cause the compressor motor to burn out. Since the pressure of the high-pressure refrigerant will naturally drop after 3-5 minutes, insert it again after 5 minutes to ensure that the motor will not burn out. In the same way, the power grid is cut off instantly, and power is delivered immediately every few seconds, which is very harmful to vending machines. Install instantaneous power-off protectors for vending machines. The input of the power-off protector is connected to a 220 volt AC power source, and the output is connected to the plug of the vending machine. When there is an instantaneous power failure, the power-off protector automatically extends the power-off time by 5-8 minutes to meet and protect the requirements of the vending machine. Vending machines without instantaneous power-off protectors should keep good contact with the plugs, sockets and power cords of the vending machines. Vending machines should be temporarily stopped when there are frequent instantaneous power outages in the engineering and maintenance of power grids, power grids and home power supply systems. Of course, the power grid engineering maintenance department must notify users in advance.
